The Life of a Raccoon in Pictures

This is what I look like a week or so after I’m born. That’s a 1cc syringe next to me. My eyes and ears are closed and I’m basically helpless. (I’m a raccoon.)

I quickly learn what’s required of me.

I’m growing fast and have new toys to stimulate my natural curiosities. Note how clean I keep my area. Not really; a cleaning fairy just came by
and did a great job.

I have great accommodations and meet interesting friends. I still sleep most of the time that I’m not eating.

Soon it’s time for me to go to the outside cages and learn how to be a grown-up raccoon.
